Intro Session

1.5 HOURS | $108

After completing an in-depth Ayurveda intake form, we will dive into the findings, and uncover your Ayurvedic Doshic constitution and imbalances. We will talk about your goals as we work together to bring you to a place of balance that fits your unique lifestyle.

Each session starts with a short grounding meditation or breathwork practice, followed by traditional tongue analysis.

3 Sessions Package | $210

Upon completion of the Ayurvedic intake and Doshic findings, we will have 2 follow-up 60-minute sessions to discuss diet and lifestyle protocols that will help you reach your  goals. 

You will also receive a nifty little package including all of the topics we discuss, my herbal recommendations and wellness products to set you up for success.

 

5 Sessions Package | $350

Everything included in the Intro session plus 4 follow-up 60 minute sessions to discuss diet and lifestyle protocols as well as herbal allies and wellness product recommendations to help you become fully steeped in your new Ayurvedic journey. 

 
 

Single Session/ Follow up | $100

A one hour session designed to follow up with you after our grouped package sessions. This could be beneficial during seasonal adjustments, during life milestones, or as a checkin to connect on your Ayurvedic journey.

03 | 10-Day Guide Cleanse

$350

Ten glorious days of Ayurvedic cleansing, starting with a “pre cleanse”. You will be given a recipe pack, shopping list, roadmap as well as seasonal specific journal prompts to follow throughout the process. Each morning during the “active cleanse” stage, we will have a 15-minute video call to check-in about how you are doing and I will offer any recommendation to keep you comfortable during the process. During our final stage of “Rejuvenation,” I will walk you though herbs and special recipes to ease you back into your regular diet.
